Account Deletion Policy

Delete Your GlucoSpike AI Account

You can delete your GlucoSpike AI account and everything in it yourself, from inside the app, at any time. You do not need to ask us.

Delete It Yourself, In the App

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

This deletes your account immediately and permanently. It removes:

• Your sign-in record
• Your meal history, meal photos, and any Patterns you tagged
• Any blood-glucose readings you logged
• Your preferences and app settings

Note: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

If You Can’t Reach the App

If you have lost access to your device or cannot sign in, email us instead:

• Send an email to support@glucospike.ai
• Use the subject line: “Delete My Account”
• Please email us from the same address linked to your GlucoSpike AI account

We will verify your identity for security purposes, delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days, and send you a confirmation email once it is done.
