Refund Policy

GlucoSpike AI subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Because all billing happens on those platforms, refund decisions are made by Apple or Google β not by us directly. This page explains how the process works and what you can expect.
1. Free Trial
GlucoSpike AI offers a 7-day free trial. During the trial:
- You have full access to all premium features
- You will not be charged until the trial ends
- No credit card is required to start the trial on most devices
Important: If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before your trial expires (Appleβs policy) or before midnight on the last day of your trial (Googleβs policy).
2. How Billing Works
GlucoSpike AI never handles your payment directly. When you subscribe:
- iOS users β payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID
- Android users β payment is processed by Google and charged to your Google account
Your subscription entitlement is managed by RevenueCat, which syncs your access status across devices. GlucoSpike AI has no visibility into your payment card details.
3. How to Cancel
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. It does not immediately remove your access β you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the platform where you subscribed.
Cancel on iOS (Apple)
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top β Subscriptions
- Find GlucoSpike AI and tap it
- Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancel on Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon β Payments & subscriptions β Subscriptions
- Find GlucoSpike AI and tap it
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts
4. Refunds
iOS (Apple)
Apple handles all refund requests for App Store purchases. GlucoSpike AI cannot process refunds for iOS subscriptions directly.
To request a refund from Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the GlucoSpike AI charge and select Request a Refund
- Choose a reason and submit
Apple reviews each request individually. Common approved reasons include accidental purchases, charges after cancellation, and technical issues that prevented use. Appleβs decision is final.

Android (Google Play)
Google handles all refund requests for Play Store purchases.
To request a refund from Google:
- Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
- Find GlucoSpike AI and tap Request a refund or Report a problem
- Select a reason and submit
Google typically processes refund requests within 3β5 business days. For purchases made within the last 48 hours, you may be able to get an instant refund through the Play Store app.

5. What We Can Do
While we cannot issue refunds ourselves, we can:
- Help you cancel β if you are having trouble finding the cancellation option, email us at support@glucospike.ai and we will walk you through it
- Confirm your subscription status β if you are unsure whether you were charged, we can help you check
- Write a support note β if your refund request is being disputed, contact us and we can provide confirmation of the issue from our side to support your case with Apple or Google
6. Common Scenarios
I was charged after I thought I cancelled. This can happen if the cancellation did not complete fully. Check your subscription status in App Store or Google Play. If you were incorrectly charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact Apple or Google support with your cancellation confirmation.
I forgot to cancel before the trial ended. Both Apple and Google consider trial-to-paid conversions to be valid charges. However, if you contact them promptly and have not used the paid features after the trial ended, a refund may be approved at their discretion.
I was double-charged. Contact Apple or Google immediately with your receipt. Duplicate charges are typically resolved in your favour.
The app did not work for me. We are sorry it did not meet your expectations. Please email support@glucospike.ai β we would like to understand the issue. For a refund, you would still need to request it through Apple or Google.
